Complete Refurbishment - Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
We undertook a complete refurbishment of the internal and external of the property, the client spoke to us about their ideas and we were able to redesign the whole of the ground floor creating a spacious open living/dining area, a modern Kitchen and cloakroom.
Below is a summary of the works carried out on this building project.
First floor extension, large bi-fold doors, new oak staircase, modern kitchen, large skylight, underfloor heating, LED coving, vaulted ceiling, new plumbing, new electrics, ceiling speakers, new patio area, BBQ brick built area and a wet room.
Orangery - Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire
JMB Design and Build were approached by a client who wanted to transform the ground floor of his property to modernise and create space. We designed an orangery style area to house a state-of-the-art kitchen leading to an open plan living room. The downstairs cloakroom was also completely refurbed.
Below are all the works that were carried out on this construction project.
New kitchen, open plan living area, complete refurb of cloakroom, underfloor heating, tiled floor throughout, new boiler, new windows, 7 x 1.5 meter roof lantern and all electrics.
Side Extension - Barnet, London
This was a perfect project for adding more space to accommodate a dining area in this modern home. The exposed brick adds character and the vaulted ceiling with 2 Velux windows make the area light and welcoming.

Rear Extension - Barnet, London
This beautiful Victorian house was transformed with a stunning rear extension. The full width glass bi-folds and skylight allow the modern kitchen to be flooded with light making an airy, contemporary space perfect for family living.

2 x meter flat glass roof lights, 5.5 x 2.4 meter sliding doors, tiled floor, new kitchen, new electrics, plumbing, modern radiators, pendant lights and spotlights.
Complete Refurbishment - Barnet, London
Our clients’ old family home was a modest 3 bedroom bungalow with lots of potential. Our client had visions of converting it into a luxury, modern home that the whole family would have space to entertain and enjoy. Working closely with his architect we have transformed the property into a stunning 5 bedroom, 2 en-suite, beautiful property with all the latest amenities.
This extensive project included all of the following works executed to perfection by our skilled team of building professionals.
