Owen manages construction projects from start to finish, keeping builds on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard.

Owen’s two-year-old son Frank already thinks he can drive a JCB.

Paul keeps JMB running smoothly behind the scenes, driving the vision forward and making sure the business continues growing stronger every day.

Paul proudly parents our much-loved business mascot, Doofus.

Daniel Wolfson
Daniel manages the numbers behind the builds, keeping finances organised, budgets balanced, and every project on solid financial foundations.

Daniel loves sport, especially golf, squash, walking football and padel.

Emily Buchan
Emily keeps the entire operation organised, managing diaries, emails, and schedules so the team stays on track and everything runs smoothly.

Emily once performed a song she wrote at EDC festival in Las Vegas.

Janette keeps everything moving behind the scenes, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Janette loves spending time with her grandchildren and travelling somewhere sunny.

Elvis keeps our sites running smoothly, overseeing every stage of the build to ensure quality, safety and standards are met throughout.

No blue suede shoes here, but always in designer. You know when Elvis has left the building.

Samantha Leighton
Samantha transforms concepts into beautiful interiors, combining creativity, texture and clever design to deliver amazing spaces within budget.

Samantha enjoys countryside walks every day with her labrador, Bentley.
Chief of Happiness
Doofus the Blue Staffy
Doofus keeps the team smiling with expert tail-wagging, snack inspections, and a firm belief that every meeting deserves treats.

Doofus believes she runs the company, and nobody dares disagree.
